<主題故事>

●只有怪獸知道的世界 The world only monsters know●

大部份的小孩身邊總是有許多玩具陪伴他們成長，隨著年紀增長，那些曾經陪伴他們成長的玩具也一個個被遺忘或是丟棄，這些被丟棄的玩具到了夜晚就會被一種只吃玩具的怪獸吃掉，等到吃到很飽很飽的時候，他們便張開大嘴，吐出各式各樣美麗又夢幻的玩具屋，但是每當太陽升起時，這些美麗的玩具屋又變回冰冷的高樓大廈。怪獸們每天都吃著各式各樣不同被丟棄的玩具，日子一天一天的過去，怪獸們吐出來的玩具屋也多到變成一個充滿魅力的玩具夢幻城。某一天，一個從13億光年來的外星人在夜晚登陸地球，他本想偷襲破壞這個星球，當他踏出飛碟的那一刻，被眼前這片溫馨、可愛的景象深深感動，於是他不忍心破壞這美好的世界，決定回去告訴他們這裡的美麗景象，並且成為這個玩具夢幻星球的守護者。

Most people remember being surrounded by many toys when they were little. As time passed, those toys were forgotten and abandoned. One night a crew of toy-eating monsters appeared and swallowed up these discarded toys. When the monsters became too full to eat another toy, they opened up their giant mouths and spit out all kinds of beautiful and fancy toy houses. When the night ended and the sun rose, the beautiful toy houses changed into cold skyscrapers. Every evening the monsters gobbled up all kinds of different abandoned toys, and day after day, those toys that the monster spat out became a fantastic toy city.

One day, an alien traveling from 1.3 billion light-years away landed on earth. He planned to attack and destroy our planet, but when he stepped out of the spaceship he was deeply touched by the warm and beautiful sight of the fantastic toy city. Overcome with emotion, he could not bear to destroy this wonderful world. He decided to go back and tell the other aliens that the planet was too beautiful to destroy. "I suggest we protect the planet instead," he told them. From then on, they became guardians of the earth instead. Our earth was finally safe. Yeah!
